We stand by our mission 110%, so we always want you to be pleased with our services. If you are not offered an Aveda Ritual of Renewal, your services for the day are complementary. If you have any questions or concerns about the services that you received, our management team would love to speak with you within three days of your appointment.

All non-bridal party reservations must cancel at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid being charged 50% of the full reservation scheduled. “No-shows” will be billed 100% of the original service reserved, which would be paid prior to reserving another appointment. Spa packages, multiple service appointments and group bookings require credit card information to hold your appointment. This information will be used only for cancellations within 24 hours and/or no-shows. In the event you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting the salon, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in.

Accommodating late guests can disrupt other guests appointments that are scheduled the same day. Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, we cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day. Tardiness may require rescheduling your appointment.
If you are not 100% pleased with a product, you may return it to us at least three forth’s full for a credit to your account or an exchange for another great Aveda product. We keep your receipts on file for you so there will be no need to worry about keeping them. Please feel free to stop by to try any of our products before you buy. We offer samples of most products and LOVE to educate you regarding proper use.
We can only take returns for Aveda products that were purchased at our Aveda Concept Salon location, and unfortunately, makeup products are nonreturnable.
To maintain a safe and comfortable environment, children must be attended by another adult not receiving a service. Salon staff are not able to monitor children.
As a courtesy to other guests and to your service provider, please refrain from cell phone use in the salon or spa area. Please be sure that your phone is kept on silent during your visit.
